A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made via bank transfer and details will be provided when bookings are confirmed.
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days, but more than 14 days prior to arrival, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 or less days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. These policies apply if booking directly with Zarka Villas. If using a 3rd party to book, refunds are subject to their cancellation policies.
